Silliness

So April was a silly month. Not only was the weather totally unpredictable, but so were the kids. Here are some pictures to prove my point:

Anabelle is going through a nudist phase right now. At any point in the day, she will take off her pants, sometimes her diaper as well. Thank goodness she does not know how to take off her shirts.

Going back to the weather, the kids and I built our only snowman for the season this past month. They had a ball, thanks to my sisters who taught them how to throw snowballs. As you can tell from the picture, we did not build the snowman at our home. We made him at my parent's house. Beckett was pretty sad to leave him, and the next time we visited, he was looking for him as soon as we entered the driveway. Unfortunately, he was just a stick of snow and a hat and scarf by then.

We also had several days of crazy hair.

One night, Belle decided that footie pajamas was not enough to wear to bed. She picked out this jumper to go with her pjs:

And finally, I have saved the best for last. I am tempted to ask you all to guess what is in all of these grocery sacks, but my sister-in-law just did that on her blog, so I wont copy her. Besides, none of you would be able to guess anyway. Each sack contains exactly one diaper and one wipe. Anabelle's baby must have had some major stomach problems one day, because Belle had to change that many diapers in the space of an hour or less. But she is such a good mommy to take care of her little one's messy diapers like that, and then be considerate enough to put them in grocery sacks, ready to be thrown away, just like her mommy.

Your house must be a hoot everyday! What fun little kiddo's.
Now you just need to teach Beckett that it's his job to take all the dirty diapers to the trash!
