My nephew, Brayden, was baptised today. Beckett really likes his cousin Brayden, and was really excited to see him. We were running a little late (big surprise), and got to the church just as the family was moving into the font room for the actual baptism. All of the kids went immediately to the front of the font to watch. Brayden and my brother, Ben, stepped into the water and when Beckett saw them he said, no too reverently, "There's Brayden!" Then, when Ben started to put Brayden under the water, Beckett said, "Don't do that!" After Brayden came out of the water, Beckett said reassuringly, "Oh, he's okay now." I love my son.
